Cupping

Cupping is a therapy in which plastic cups are suctioned onto the skin’s surface through negative pressure. Oil or lotion is first applied to the area being treated and the cup is moved around to mobilize the tissue. Temporary marks left from cupping may occur after treatment.

RAPID NEUROFASCIAL  RESET

Rapid Neurofascial Reset is an intense soft tissue, movement-based technique that addresses the central nervous system’s role in alleviating pain, tension and restrictions within muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves.

Treating the body at the neurological level stimulates a reprogramming of the tissue allowing tight muscles to relax, range of motion to be restored, and pain to be reduced.

Conditions treated with Rapid Reset:
  • Migraines/Headaches

  • Back pain

  • Bursitis/Tendinitis

  • Carpal tunnel

  • Frozen shoulder

  • Plantar fasciitis

  • Sacroiliac dysfunction

  • Shin splints

  • Tennis/Golfer’s elbow

  • TMJ/Whiplash

HOW IT WORKS
Hypersensitive areas are treated by combining precisely directed tension with very specific patient movements.  As the neurological system is being stimulated muscle tone is restored to normal function.

Hot Stone Massage

A hot stone massage is where the therapist uses smooth, heated stones as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them at key points on the body. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help to warm up and relieve tight muscles.
